Hey Dolls,
Valentine's Day is around the corner and while I'm sure we'd love to spend the holiday on a private island surrounded by a sea of Birkin bags. Covid-19 and USPS have other plans. We're more likely to win the Mega Millions than get a passport or gain access to a foreign country right now. But the show must go on! So, lets chat about going abroad at home.
Tuscany Vibes
There's few things better than a breeze and a crisp glass of wine. Travel restriction say that Tuscany is not on the itinerary but a trip to Napa will do just fine. Enjoy the scenery and sip the day away.
Dress Code: Napa is all about keeping it easy breezy. So pull out your fave sun dress or cute flowy pant set and enjoy yourself.
Fiji Islands Inspired
Who would have though Miami could serve some serious island vibes? Miami is the perfect destination to set up a glam brunch, lunch or dinner on the beach and get lost in the waves.
Dress code: A beach date presents a ton of look opportunities. You can rock a swimsuit, a lightweight dress or a fun short set. Just remember keep it light and fun.
London Vibes
There's nothing more London than a train. Tennessee offers some pretty cool dinner train rides. Cozy up with your Valentine, enjoy a delicious meal and pray for a little rain for authenticity.
Dress Code: A lady on a train must have her accessories and most feminine outfit choices handy. Think sunglasses, gloves and ruffles. All the glam things, Doll!
Spain
We won't be dancing the night away in Spain anytime soon but St. Augustine, Fl. is a solid option. Soak up the sun, Spanish architecture and delicious food.
Dress Code: This is the time to bring the heat! Think form fitting and sassy AF!
Globe Trotters
Where can you take your date from NY to Paris in a matter of minutes? VEGAS! If you and bae are the jet setting types, a trip to Vegas may give you the faced-paced setting changes you're used to. Spend the evening dining, dancing and drinking in everywhere from a whacky carnival setting to the sandy faux beaches of Mandalay Bay.
Dress Code: For this excursion you want to keep it simple and stylish with a touch of sass! So pull out the little dress and a sparkly shoe and have a night you won't remember if you're lucky! Because it is Vegas after all!
